Here’s what you can expect

The first thing we both need to do is determine if FOURA business management software is a good fit for your company.  It’s important to us to understand what your business needs are, and if we can help.  We’ve found that a brief initial meeting with our customers to determine what their needs are goes a long way.  We’ll ask some thought-provoking questions, and find out what your goals for the company are, and what type of solution you are seeking.  At the end of this meeting, we’ll both have a pretty good idea if FOURA can help your business.

After we both determine that FOURA would be a good fit for your company, we’ll sign a nondisclosure agreement and set up a brief meeting to provide your team with an overview of FOURA’s core processes and capabilities.  We’ve built a comprehensive demo system, based on a fictitious growing company involved in light manufacturing and retail operations, that sells through various channels.  This demo will be fairly high-level – but detailed enough to show you the powerful features of FOURA.  Take some time with your team after the demo to discuss how your company would benefit from using FOURA – we’ll follow up in a few days to discuss the next steps.

Replacing your business software is a big decision.  If you and your team need more details, we’ll schedule a second demo and do a deep dive into FOURA’s powerful processes, controls and reporting.  We’ll answer all of your questions, learn more about your areas of concern, your needs, and current processes.  We’ll show you exactly how FOURA can help you get to a more efficient, process-based environment, while still allowing the flexibility you need to adapt to your ever-changing business environment.  We want to make sure that you’re completely comfortable with the pricing, features, benefits and support that you’ll receive when you become a Fourasoft customer!

You’re ready to move forward with FOURA!  We make it simple for you.  We’ll both sign a short, easy to understand contract outlining our deliverables and services, and we’ll help you determine what level of legacy history you want migrated into FOURA, how you want your chart of accounts to look, and gather your opening balance data.  We’ll do the rest – we are experts at data migration.  System installation and data migration typically takes only a full day – and you are up and running.  We’ll be with you every step of the way, providing the necessary training your organization needs, along with a Training database to test your skills – giving your employees a safe place to learn FOURA with your company’s data. You’ll have access to an extensive help file and video tutorial library, and we’ll always be available help!
